Care not taken care of, they do not inform about the cost of the procedures and when making the consultation about it they refer you to your reference office. I have been treated to 3 different ATMs and the only good thing I can say is that they greet you when you arrive and leave, apart from that they leave a lot to be desired. It may not be a high-level neighborhood, but it does not seem like an excuse for the managers of the office not to provide satisfactory service to the client.
