They called me to change bank account 123 (personal and company) because it would cease to exist and would become ONE (Rafael Nadal advertising.)nSo; They required me to take out life insurance, home insurance or a policy with Santander so that they do not charge me € 10.00 each month for each of the accounts I had with them.nSo; I proceed to cancel the accounts in December 2020 and it takes almost a month for them to become effective. Having requested an appointment and previously notified that they would no longer be clients of the bank (Things that have not yet been canceled).nNow they want me to pay a commission for the fact that the accounts are permanently canceled; If not, I make the payment they require, they do not proceed to cancel the contract and they will continue to recharge abusive maintenance commissions.nIn the adhesion contracts that make us sign in account 123, it does not reflect any amount related to the cancellations of the accounts and therefore it seems that they are arbitrary and refer you to the pre-established rates and not published in any of the brochures.

They are a disaster in telephone attention and that I have several telephones. DO NOT take the mobile phone of the commercials or the one that appears here. The truth is that it leaves much to be desired ... if lko they do everything like this: pleguem !!

Office with many employees who do not attend you, you have to get an appointment number and even if there are no clients you get bored waiting until you do not talk to someone and maybe they will listen to you. They don't make it easy for older people. Too much bureaucracy and little personal attention.

Terrible attention and service, better not go into details.nBut as the banking system is going to a model that is close to monopoly, they do what they want with customers.
