A good deal, whenever I have passed through this office they have treated me well. On the issue of the pandemic they go by appointment, they always try to give a cordial treatment. The office is nice and clean.

I went with my father to inform me about making an important transfer. Well, after considering various options (cash, check or transfer) we decided to transfer BBVA account to another entity. The surprise was when for said transfer made in the office, they charged an amount of € 56 without prior notice. It was done by my father, an older person. When we found out, my father went to the office and told him that he had not been notified, the cashier said yes and that if he had done the operation on the Internet there would be free sifo. It is clear that we are going to file a claim since if they had informed me it is clear that it would not have been handled by the office since in my case I do everything online. They have a lot of tough faces and they take advantage of our elders. Be careful.

They did not renew my notebook because they had 6 seats left to cover. I explained the difficulty I have to go to the offices and he told me not to complain that there are places where they charge to renew them, I told him to charge me because I need it and he has said no. I have been working with many banks for many years and this branch had never happened to me. I was a client of an Catalunya Caixa office. The office closed and they passed it to the current one, in which it had never been for seven years.nAn office phone appears on the web. I call for three days and nobody answers. I think that maybe it is an office that has become very small and has no staff. I get there and there are 8 people working. And during all my waiting hours, the tf didn't ring once.nAs nobody responds, I appear there.nMy journey began when suddenly, after 12 years, they start charging me commissions. 200 euros a year, on an account that is only used to pay the mortgage. I refer you to the code of good practice of the Bank of Spain and they tell me that this time they will pay me, but that the next one will not be paid.nThe advisors leave you a card with a mobile. Of 10 times I called one of them, he picked it up once. Calls do not answer.nNext management They leave my account inoperative without notifying me. I go to a bbva office and they tell me that I have to go to my office and ask for the assistant director. I get there and in very bad ways he tells me that who has given him his name and, doubting me, asks the commercial advisors whose one, he answers that she has been. I provide information requested and conclude the visit.nThird visit Mortgage amortization. All right, to pay there are usually no problems anywhere.nHaving seen the service I decide to cancel the account. I request a certificate of zero balance of the mortgage and they tell me to indicate the registry property number (they are supposed to have that information since if they had to execute, they would surely find the property). I leave and return the next day with the copy of the deed.nAfter waiting for an hour to be treated, they want to charge me for making the zero balance certificate. I carry the code of good practices of the Bank of Spain. After half an hour talking with a partner, they tell me that it has no cost. Then I go to cash to cancel the account and there without problems.nIn summary, no telephone attention, 7 visits to make arrangements that I understand are not complex, bad forms and poor education. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this office.
