Awful. I don't know what to say. But they opened two accounts for me and after few month nothing are work. But I still pay for my TPV, which doesn't work too. Perfect. Nobody answer my emails.
This specific office is absolutely horrendous I have had many problems with them - they never pick up the phone!
Little staff and unable to solve any problems. In addition, the one there is, it seems that it is waiting for the next employment regulation judging by the attitude it adopts of indifference and the most absolute reluctance to help the client. I am amused by the comment of a certain Rubén, clearly ironic, who says that customer service after COVID is excellent. Without a doubt it is compared to the previous one, because since COVID this office has always been CLOSED.
Very bad service as one man comments, you are inept, incapable of solving problems at the moment. They pass the buck to each other, I don't recommend it at all
After Covid19, we have received exquisite treatment from the office manager.
