Lousy attention of this office, I have called how 10 times to solve an issue of my account and there is no way for anyone to call me, it is shameful, I do not know if there is a lack of staff or if they pass from customers. I already warn you that next Monday I will cancel the account that I have had for more than 20 years (Not with you, but with the old Pastor)
We have been requesting a document from the commercial registry for about a month since a vehicle has been free of charge since 2013 and they ask us for some type of contract, proof of payment, it is necessary for a bank to request information about a good paid to them. More than 6 years, the attention is shameful and the insults excuses.
They do not answer the phone.
