Very efficient friendly bank
Very bad service after 15 min waiting. I go in and at the box they tell me that I have to make an appointment to enter the account. When the bank is alone
Telephone attention is impossible, they do not answer the phone, and if the director goes on vacation, no one is responsible for matters.nTerrible experience, we are thinking of changing offices, if another works much better
Reformed office with same staff; Just as much attention but giving away a receipt is quite complicated !!! Do not take care of the email and in the end I have to go office ... to say that I have to do it by web or charge commissions!
