Extremeley disappiointed and frustrated with this firm. The villa's look amazing but despite the high cost of them there are no simple means to pay by credit card. The deposit (50% of total cost and non-refundable!) as well as the final balance as well as security deposit are all payable by bank transfer only! This is done purely to avoid the firm paying credit card fees so, instead, the customer is left sending large amounts of money to random bank accounts and not benefiting from the protection that credit cards offer. The only alternative is to request payment via Paypal at which point they ask that you pay an extra 3.5% to avoid them incurring the cost. Seriously not the attitude or position of a company who respects their customers.
