The truth is that they have to learn to deal with people and have a little kindness and respect. The clerk couldn't have worse ways of dealing with customers. A shame

Although I value very positively that they have board games for adults (catan, carcassonne, dixit ...) it is also true that they have little variety and apparently little interest in building loyalty and helping 'adult' customers: go ask for a game of table (pandemic legacy season 0) of the top for this Christmas and that they tell you that the normal pandemic, say no that you already have it, that you are looking for the new one that if they can ask you (THAT'S WHY BUYING WITH A HEART IN ÁVILA ) and that they answer you reluctantly that no that if that for March ... That is impossible when you already had it in the cart of an online website (two days after delivery) It's sad ... In the end you end up ordering online from home, they left me no other option despite rejecting discounts for preferring to buy in Ávila ...nnP.S. I will keep trying to buy in Ávila. But these types of attitudes do not help, especially when it is so easy and fast to click on a web.nnTimes have changed ... It is not possible to pretend to continue selling as before ...
