We had to leave the package, why didn't they come to pick it up after two days and then why didn't they deliver it either. They called to confirm delivery, I wasted the afternoon waiting and oh coincidence, they forgot. Very unprofessional everything.

The truth is that I don't know how they work ... in Madrid they have had a wonderful service, but the carrier that covers the Guardamar area is, at the very least, an example of rudeness and lack of scruples. This morning I left my car for a minute in an area that he was going to use to distribute in the pharmacy, badly done on my part, and he not only disrespected me with his bad manners and belief of superiority, he also exposed me in front of other people who were present, including my children. A totally unpleasant and rude person. I think the company should take these details into account because it represents a brand. A shame.
