I strongly advise not to buy with Maxcolchon. We bought 3 beds and mattresses. We were told in the shop that we could exchange the mattresses when we don't like them. We decided to change 2 mattresses after only being used for 1 night (one even not used since it was the same). The shop owner told us that exchange was not possible since the mattresses were not a standard size. After reading the small letters we noticed everything is for them a non-standard size. So they just lied to us to get those bad mattresses sold. I contacted them several times but they never came with a solution. It seems that money making is their core business and they just don't care about the customer once everything is sold... Never again!

We bought 2 bedbottoms (electric) and 2 toppers with MaxColchon and are very pleased with the service, the delivery of the products and offcourse the bottoms and the toppers itself.nMaxcolhon: toppers in sleeping!

INTENSE mattress: the purchase process has been excellent, both the advice received in the store by José Antonio and by the carriers, the mattress arrived very quickly and well packed, it is very comfortable and firm. Highly recommendednUpholstered Base: strong, free assembly and delivery deadlines were met earlier than estimated, the assemblers were very fast, very happy with the purchase.
