What an amazing company. We originally viewed the house we have now purchased back in February but then, due to lockdown, were unable to progress with it. Throughout lockdown Paula and Gary kept in touch, alleviating any worries and answering our numerous questions. Since we arrived in Spain a month ago, Gary has gone the extra mile, arranging all the contacts for the services we need for the house - is there anyone he doesn't know?? Thank you Gary, you have made our move so straightforward and stress-free!

We bought a villa in Monover with Alicante Dream Homes. We call Gary, Buzz Lightyear because he does go beyond. He has practically held our hand throughout the whole process.Nothing is too much trouble he sorts everything out so buying a house is a pleasurable experience.Even when we were trying to get into Spain in these crazy times he was on the end of the phone. His son even stayed up late to interpret incase we were stopped. We have found our dream home I highly recommend Alicante dream homes for their patience and kindness and continued support.

Visited in Feb 2019 to view 3 properties with Gary and one of the other team members taking us to and from the properties giving us great advice and help, we visited 3 places in and around Bier and Sax and even though we didnt purchase we made an offer and due to the excellent help / advice given by Gary who definately goes the extra mile I may come back and buy something one day when I want to retire :) Thanks from James

These people conned my grandmother out of 1000s, my grandfather died and this company took power of attorney so she could go back to uk, they sold and she was charged for all-sorts, then she revisited when she felt strong enough and found out how much they had made on the sale, they added so much more to the price told her to accept a low offer, then lied about taxes that were none existing. Don't do poa no matter how difficult the situation. And find your own workmen and helpers, they make extra on every name they give you. Steer clear of gary and his team. I already know there response will be we misteriosly don t have your details on record please get in touch , there is no reason for me to get in touch you have most likely spent their hard earned money, you theives.
