Lack of maintenance in the house, paint, chairs tied with ropes, squeaky bed and cleanliness is not good. Otherwise good location and quiet

We have not seen the owner so I can not comment. The house leaves a lot to be desired especially in cleaningnI have not even been able to shower because of the state of the bathroom.nThe equally dirty room and the equally dirty floorsnIn the closet impossible to store clothes. I think it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.nWe spent the night because we were going with the dog and I didn't know where they were going to take me in. If not, I don't sleep there.nI do not recommend it to anyone

The rooms and halls were spacious. Two minutes walk from a bar where they serve local food. The back side faces the river, with magnificent views. The house is very well insulated from the cold. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway to the heart of the Sierra de Cuenca, next to the source of the Cuervo River.

Very cozy cottage and the owner very friendly. There is a bar nearby where you can eat well.
