IPM very helpful and accomodating, polite staff who supported us when we had to change dates due to covid19.nQuick response when we requested an additional fan.nWould use again.
Corona Virus meant socially distancing in the same villa with 2 other families was going to be difficult and not an enjoyable experience. IPM and the villa owner agreed to change my booking to next year in the end which means we will not lose the deposit already paid. This is much appreciated.
Horrible experience! The pictures of the house we booked on their website do not reflect at all the current awful condition of the flat. The agency has not done anything to help, compensate or resolve the situation. We will never use their services again.
AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolute THIEVES. Would not refund our deposit during pandemic when there were no flights to Majorca. Also they do not take card payment only bank transfer which gives you no security for refund.
