Where to begin with this shambles of a company.... our family paid over £3,000 for our holiday which could not go ahead due to covid. The owner of the villa apparently was not even told by the company that we were unable to come and said she saw none of the money either! They have kept 90% of our money with no shame at all. Hope you’re all happy with profiting off doing absolutely F all to help your customers.

First of all, I would like to inform you that the latest 5-star reviews concerning this agency are probably false and were written by the agency itself in order to improve its image following the numerous scams they have committed in recent months.nBefore booking my trip with them, via Airbnb, they promised me many times that they would reimburse me if the borders were closing before the date of my trip. Once the government closed the borders, I asked them to reimburse me what I had already paid (half of the price or 1110€). And then they completely changed their mind and refused to reimburse me.nRun away from this dishonest agency that will do anything to rip you off. I'm not the only client to be scammed by this agency, just look at the latest opinions that people have put against them.nRun away from these scammers and protect your money.nYou're welcome.

I really do NOT recommend this company to anyone who values their money. If you want good customer service, you'd also not want to book with them. I booked a villa in September 2019.nnThis company kept 3,045 euros of my money. They lied to me by saying on July 29th 2020 - that I can re-book for next year and then changed their mind. This advice initially gave me peace of mind when my flights got cancelled and we had no way of getting to Spain. I then contacted them yesterday (18/08/20) and was told that this option is no longer available and that I have 2 options -nn1. Loose 90% of 3,045 [euros] to canceln2. Or get 900 [euros] towards re-booking for 2021.nnIn both instances, the company keeps the majority of my money and I loose out.nnJakub from Porta Holiday - tells me that there is 'no travel ban' and that I should travel against government advice. He also advises that COVID is not extreme circumstances and there is no flexibility for me.nnAVOID this company at all costs! I've never been so ashamed to send money to a company in my life and feel completely scammed.

DO NOT book with this company. We could not physically get to the villa we paid over £3,000 for in Spain. Owners answer - NO refund and NO option to move to next year. Absolutely disgusting given the situation we are in because of COVID. We have been taken advantage of and the owner and Porta Holiday have cashed our money with NO remorse. Disgusting !!!

Awful company.nWe booked a house in September for 10 days, but Mallorca became a red zone so we couldn't go there. Porta Holiday promised to refund us if there is an official travel ban but they don't care about our request, they don't even reply to our messages.nThey are the worst, I hope you'll never have to deal with those incompetent people.
