Service at the community level leaves a lot to be desired. They left the elevator and the common areas uncleaned and have not responded to the damage. Despite contacting them and after committing to do so, they have not appeared.

IMPRESENTABLE SERVICE:nA few days ago we request this service to donate some furniture and appliances in good condition and has been a disaster experience.nInitially it was to be free but then were charged and the end was more money than the agreed initially.nThey were called to realize and hor day and unannounced home planted at 8,30 h. One day when we came wrong.nAt the end of removing furniture, etc .. demanded us to give them besides paying for the service were tipped to go to breakfast.nVERY disappointed; I would not call anymore.

Those who come to collect furniture are unpresentable. They arrived 1 hour after the appointment, after calling them 4 times. And they come with the clear intention of not taking the piece of furniture unless, on the way, you negotiate with them to give them money. Total, they did not take it and I lost half afternoon. Fortunately, the furniture was given to them!
