Little seriousness, many words and no action.nnWait 11 months to:nDeliver the same marked and scratched piece three times (which only indicates that the quality processes of your carpentry must be non-existent).nThat the assemblers tell you on two occasions that they have not been told that they should bring you some spare parts, and that in the store they indicate that the assemblers have told them that everything was already delivered (it makes you think that once you pay they forget about you and they blame each other).nAnd that on two other occasions, the assemblers commit to contacting each other on a specific day and time, and do not do so until several days later.nnIn short, there are many furniture stores to choose from, but this one is totally expendable.

I bought all the furniture for my house in this store, three rooms, furniture and living room table and two armchairs less than five years ago. The kloe rocking chair has been completely stripped, and we hardly use it, it is leatherette and it is not cheap precisely. I claimed a couple of months ago and they told me that I was reupholstered by paying for everything. I don't think it's normal for this to happen. Bad after sales service.
