Unfortunately, I will never buy anything there again. We bought a (high-end) mattress, it was not good at all, horrible !, brutal back pain. We went to talk to them and they told us that they would come to see the mattress but that even if there was no problem they would fix it for us. Well, nothing at all, without any solution, all they tell us is that they understand us but they can't do anything. N we return !!!

According to all the previous reviews. Roza almost the bad education at the time of atenderte. It is not a person to be face to the public. You want to buy. We have gone twice to ask for a quote and we have bought the product in another establishment. We do not go back.

I celebrate the change made in this store. I have had a small problem and they have solved it on the spot, with professionalism and pleasure. Nothing like a correct professional and wanting to do it well. I don't have to say that the change has been of Saleswoman. It was time!
