This is the most horrible bank and the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. I have constant problems with them, they are doing whatever they want, mixing data, documents, blocking accounts and behaving as if I owe them something. They don't do their work at all. All complaints from everyone have to be submitted to the Bank of Spain! Those people can’t work with people, they are discriminating, they are arrogant and obviously doesn’t care about the bank reputation. The worse service I have ever met!
Quite unpleasant experience, the lousy attention we needed a code to access the CaixaSign application and they didn't give it to us. It seems that they do not want to attend you and that you leave soon.
One more complaint about the deputy director Roció highlighting her rudeness with that I say it all
Better not go
Trying to contact up to 4 times and nothing, they do not respond. It took two years for me to register in the online service and I still cannot access it. This office is the law of least effort.
