The conditions of this bank in particular do not seem bad to me. But the treatment of the office towards the client could be improved, when I have to do some paperwork it seems that you are bothering them and whenever they can they tell you to do it at the cashier. And the ATM sometimes does not work well because it is outdated.

I had to pay a municipal tax from another town (to be paid in Bankia) and they have refused to carry out the operation for not having an account with them. Also, a lady with haughty and rude ways.
