Although full rental is offered, the owner goes through the house with the excuse that it is not complete, because the garage and the warehouse are not accessible to the tenants. In addition, the neighbors watch you and tell you what the owners think. The owner told us that one of the days there had been more people on account because the neighbor had been four cars parked. That day there were only three cars parked and, in any case, being an accommodation for 8 it would not have been strange that there had been 4 cars without exceeding the capacity of the house. The only car that moved that day was to go to buy a dishwasher (which was supposed to have been) and toilet paper (why if it leaves two rolls per bathroom, but two rolls started in each bathroom)?nThe last day we invited some friends to eat, thinking that there would be no problem since they did not stay to sleep, and the owner appeared to tell us that they could not be because we exceeded the capacity and were not registered in the house and it could be a problem with the insurance in case something happens. Nor did he have any problem in confessing that he had not registered one of the people who had spent the night and he did not worry that he was not in the insurance.nThe final touch, when claiming the deposit tells us that he will return it to us by bank transfer when he had checked if there were any damages. So far everything is acceptable. What is my surprise at not receiving the full amount of the deposit because it charged us the costs of the transfer.nMy recommendation is not to go to this house, but if you go and charge you expenses when making the transfer of the reservation, charge it to them.
