I find it totally LIES everything. Basically because it is simple, THEY DIDN'T WANT US TO RENT because we went on the day to sign and we asked for the cadastre number, or by chance, THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE IT. The truth is that they are informal and daring. And with respect to the real estate girl named Ana, she is an infromal and a rude one, having these owners in her real estate who are not serious at all. Because if it's all so TRANSPARENT that they would have given us the cadastre number

Very bad experience I went to visit an apartment and as I saw it with my partner we wanted it for what was paid in advance one month deposit and a contract was signed between us and the real estate. After a few days they were given the pertinent documents for the realization of the contract and just hours before the real estate company called to request another month of bail (when in the contract it was NOT put in writing at any time). When the day came to sign the contract, he made us wait an hour for the owner to give him the keys to show us the REAL apartment (since he showed us a flat that was not prro that looked very similar according to that of the real estate). When the time passed he tells us with the keys in his hand that he was not going to rent it because there were already other people to sign the contract, we did not understand anything, neither before nor now. We wasted time, it is not recommended at all.
