The truth is that the treatment is unfortunate in my experience, especially in a box with the person who is usually. Bad faces, bad answers ... etc. something that is not expected in a person who has their customer service dealt with. I only have good experiences, when any of their colleagues is in the box. I would consider relocating it.

Terrible treatment, both on the phone and in the office. You call and when you get them to pick up the phone they tell you that they are very busy and to call later. Non-decisive, improper answers and bad faces. They all refer to online banking (902).

I am treated phenomenally by any of the employees, phenomenal treatment, what I do not see well is the 902 customer service phone

A shame the treatment received. Without knowing what we wanted and without giving us good morning, the manager, throws us to 2 chairs that were occupied and tells us in very bad ways that we can not stand.nWhen the cashier girl finishes managing her things, she asks us what we want and indicates in a dry and clear way that we can not manage anything there, being clients of that bank.nI do not return or give to that office.nHowever to the street office rios roses of Madrid and the treatment has been exquisite

I have been a Bankinter customer in this branch for many years thanks to my previous and magnificent manager named Víctor Domínguez Rodríguez. Unfortunately he had to stop being it years ago (I imagine what for his great worth) and since then the communication, information and advice disappeared. I have complained to the Bankinter SAC but unfortunately they don't seem to take it much into consideration. I have always had to put the SAC in a copy of my communications in order to receive an answer. Once I have met and they have confirmed the inevitable collection of commissions solely for keeping my account open (except for a 6-year investment fund contract), I have asked them to send me the request for cancellation of my account. I have received this document by email and I have sent it digitally signed but they tell me to require an original signature. Today they have received burofax with acknowledgment of receipt and text certification. I hope you confirm the cancellation of the account and we will finish all this at once.
