They are a bunch of unpresentables. I call because I have been charged card fees when I have not signed anything. They constantly deceive you on the phone and especially the guy who is in the afternoon, who tells me that he has many things to do and hangs up on you.

The telephone attention is disastrous. They never pick up the office landline, I have been calling for several days and I have managed to be answered after many calls.

Bad service from the branch staff.nThey warn us about a failed internet transfer after issuing a receipt !! for security reasons ? We have blocked the account and had to go in person to do it again after a morning of phone callsnThey treated us like a reluctance and not to mention apologize.
