Authentic bank and branch failure. I was tricked by saying that I had the mortgage approved to take out home insurance and make the appraisal. Everything has meant an expense of almost € 800. Once everything is done, the director calls me and tells me that she is denied, that we cannot do anything. In short, a hoax to get my money. I have put a claim in the bank of Spain.
Unicaja Coruña, very kind cashier, pathetic table staff, doing a management with them is like going to the authority, cash schedule 8:30 to 11:30 ..... embarrassing, you want to cash a check later of that hour and they look at you with a scary face, they don't understand that people work ...
Unfortunately very dissatisfied with this office but, especially for the entire entity after claiming a debt incurred because one of its employees did not close the account 4 years ago when it was requested generating commissions and interest on the balance discovered.nnWhat is worse is that people are treated with coldness and a lack of empathy
Very good office! The cashier very nice and pleasant and always helping the client.
