I went to this clinic to do an analysis, when I gave them my name they could not find me, making sure that I had NOT called to make an appointment, after a while searching the computer and insisting on the subject of the appointment, they discovered that the young lady who answered on the phone forgot to write my name on the list, there was an appointment with no name.nOnce this misunderstanding was cleared up, when I gave them the flyer of the doctor who had requested the analysis, another problem arose, which they did NOT know how to solve.nIn the end, I left there with the same amount of blood with which I had arrived, but with the assurance that I will never set foot in this clinic again.

I have gone to get an echo of pregnancy, with the dkv insurance, they have told me that the insurance did not cover it and that if I wanted it I would have to pay € 130, when I actually called my dkv policy it did not cover it, but it did a bonus to do the echo for a much lower price, when commenting on this at the reception of the clinic they told me that there was no agreement and I could not do the echo, call dkv 3 times, where they ensure that there is an agreement and they would have to echo me, but alxen say no ...nTotal that although my voucher says that it can be exchanged in alxen and the insurance says that they would have to echo me, they did not do it, I am leaving without the first echo of my baby.

The treatment of the gynecologist and nurse was very kind and eager to help. On the other hand, the attention to the patient by the reception, at least the one that has attended me, leaves much to be desired. It has given me a hard time as well as feeling like I didn't want to help. I have told her up to 5 times that the insurance told me that they will call from there and until the gynecologist has told her she has only refuted me. Although finally she was right because the insurance told me that if I covered it and in the end it was not. Anyway, after calling her and confirming that what they told me was not true, her response was to give me a phone number and tell me to call so that I would not waste my time. After two hours of waiting I have left and of course I will not return, I had not had such a bad time anywhere else nor had I been treated in that way so rude. In addition, they also called yesterday to comment on what the insurance said and being able to call and fix it beforehand, it was not done. Anyway, I'm sorry I wasted your time, even if it's part of your job.
