They are very green and very lost. I had to make five visits for two cabinets and a countertop. I called and called and they didn't pick up the phone and when they picked it up, they told me they would call me again and they didn't. They also forgot to charge the gift card that they had to give me and when I went to use it in Asturias I had to go to customer service so that they would charge it to me there. A bit of a mess, although the boys are seen with good intentions. I guess they need more experience. I hope that next time everything goes much better.

First of all, emphasize that the guys there are charming and super nice, this review has nothing to do with them but with charges that are above.nA few months ago I had an interview to work here, then I had a face-to-face interview where they told me that in two weeks they would call me to tell me something, that they were not that type of company that I would not hear from them in six months.nTo say in advance that, for me, working at Ikea was my dream, and they knew perfectly how passionate I was for work and how excited I was.nDuring those two weeks, decline other offers to wait for a response. Months have passed and I continue to hope, without a doubt, this has impoverished the image and passion I had for the brand. It hurts me but I hope it serves as a constructive criticism that helps improve the service.

Very unpleasant in the deal, especially Monica who sold me a kitchen as good and it turned out to be a scam. Painful after-sales service. I will never go back.

Great quantity and variety of materials and sections. Once you adapt to their system, it is quite comfortable and easy to buy and at the level of cleanliness and treatment there are no complaints. Highly recommended quality / price.
