The toilet ceiling light went out, lucky to have the mirror, just as the toilet extractor was very dirty, he was told and said that he would look at it the day we left, from experience, normally, the owner fixes it when you notify; A nightstand light didn't work, I notified him and he told me to take another from another room, which I had already done because I imagined it; the juicer made noise but did not turn, I notified him and as he needed another he gave me the key to another safe in another apartment where the keys are kept and so that I could take it. As it already says on the web there is no air conditioning, there are 2 fans, it is an attic, I think you should consider putting it on because at night it is an oven and if you open all the windows it passes current and they knock. With all the problem we currently have with the Covid-19 pandemic, I have to say that there was a lack of deep cleaning in the apartment (floor with crumbs, toilet lamps and extractor with dust, the mattress covers with traces of nails, the covers of the Sofa did not seem very clean etc) By the way, the sofa is very low and not at all comfortable; There is only 1 tall but narrow wardrobe with a duvet inside that already occupies the entire upper part and 2 dressers, you would need a wardrobe in good condition.nThe kitchen utensils need updating, the paellas are very worn, the dishwasher gave off a very unpleasant smell, I am sorry if I am very critical but the photos on the web are far from the lived reality and I do not invent anything, I have no need or benefit In this regard, just warn all those who consider renting an apartment there, perhaps we have had the apartment jinx.
