You have to give me the explanation. The annual premium is increased, logically as contracted. And the amounts of compensation per claim? They must be stuck in the amount signed at origin. Because I insist that during the twenty years that the policy has existed, no information has been sent to me. And I extend the comment to the family death policy. Another € 400 annual premium that seen the same seen does not come to pay for a coffin.

I am the holder of life insurance for which I pay an annual fee of € 2,000. I do not receive any information about it, and when I request it they send me the original contract in pesetas, since it is of considerable age, After a month of emails they tell me that I have to request it in writing with a copy of the DNI. Pathetic,

It is a long time to tell, I will only say that very badly, I gave part of a bidet that broke when a bottle of Cologne fell from the closet that I have just above, they came they changed it but when removing the tap it had rust and decided to cut it before applying a spray to loosen the screws, summing up that they took my tap and left me without a tap for a month because they say it didn't cover a tap that costs 20 euros ... well I bought it for less, after multiple messages, calls, etc. reason to the plumber and I had to install my faucet and of course buy it. After a lot of fighting I asked them to give me back my tap and they bring me one that is not mine, I write another email sending photos and they have totally ignored that I am here in case it is useful for something that I am afraid not

I was with them and well, of acceptable attention, everything apparently perfect, until I had a claim. They refused to cover, claiming nonsense reasons such as that they had called me and had not been able to locate me.
