Stayed for 3 weeks as part of an archaeological team and could not have asked for a better home away from home. Melissa and Oscar are excellent hosts who will do everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable, and you will leave feeling like a member of their family :) Thanks again for taking such great care of us!

El Jardín de San Bartolome , nestled in the sleepy village of Carroscosa Del Campo will take your breath away. Historically preserved and beautifully maintained, upon stepping inside it will feel like the rest of the world has slipped away.nI have traveled and lived all over the world but never before had I felt like I had found a home away from home. And for me those 2 weeks at El Jardín de San Bartolome truly became that second home.nnFor Melissa and her family, who own the property, the second you walk through their door you become a valued member of their family. And everyday I spent with her and her family, it was filled with non-stop laughter and music. At night Melissa would cook these amazing dinners that would make any world-renown wish they were there. I feel the 2 weeks I spent with her family at El Jardín de San Bartolome will never be enough time and will certainly call upon them again for another visit.nnAnd I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get away from the fast paced life of Madrid and just want to feel a piece of home again, to stay at El Jardín de San Bartolome. You won't be disappointed!

In March we were at El Jardín de San Bartolomé. It was a wonderful week with the family enjoying all the charms that this magnificent house offers. We were accompanied by an aunt of my wife, who was very old now, and it was difficult to convince her to return to Madrid after relaxing in such a spectacular garden. Catalina's attention made us feel in a little private paradise.nnI wanted to write these lines a long time ago, but the death of my mother in the pandemic that has hit us and other personal circumstances has delayed my gratitude until today.nnThank you, Catalina, for making our stay so pleasant and unforgettable.nnFrancisco

We have been this weekend and I can only speak well of the service, the price and the professionalism of Catalina, the owner and Elena, the person in charge of everything working perfectly. Excellent site and 100% recommended. Both hosts stand out for their kindness.
