I have received orders from Ikea on several occasions and it is very comfortable. I have never had a problem and it has always come complete.

Normally I had no problems with ikea .. But lately, hardly any stocks (although these days you can understand) you go there and it is full of people and in the end you decide to do it online and your order does not arrive ... Concertsdo for day 7, no I arrive. I call and it was out of stock of the dresser, it is valid concert for the 15th, I did not arrive either ... All this without notifying either of the two days. It now puts me on the 22nd according to the guy in the chat, I get 24 .... we'll see if the third time. But if not, I will ask for my money back. And even so it will be the last time you buy ... 39 euros is not cheap for shipping costs that do not arrive ... At least to notify ...

Ikea unpresentable and without ethical principles. Criticism is not for this point of collection and yes for Ikea the matrix to which it is impossible to even put an opinion. Apart from the mistreatment of all Cantabrian clients. Ikea should have delivered a package yesterday to my home from 9 to 3 in the afternoon. They charge 99 euros per shipment, a more than respectable amount. They did it at 5 in the afternoon and I had to travel from Santander to receive him despite the fact that I had a medical consultation that I canceled and other plans with the belief that I was the one who had the wrong time. They did not hastily deliver delivery notes or check anything. The packages, one on top of the other, one hitting the cardboard and the other open that I let you know. Protolo Covid 0, resuming and with the mask on the chin. Of the 17 a package was missing and we realized when we began to assemble the small things an hour later and remove lumps from us. We called the carrier at 8pm and he neither picked us up nor returned the call. Speaking to Ikea he says that the carrier will contact us the next morning and that Ikea agrees to ship the item. 24 hours later I call Ikea again. They had not even opened an incident. Very angry with the attitude of Ikea, sending unprofessional people with a package "missing" or stolen and those that I have put in my house. I request a complaint form since I have the only contract with Ikea, I have not hired the "gentlemen". I ask you for complaint forms. They tell me that I must do it in person, that is, in Barakaldo and I have bought in Ikea Online. Be very careful with this company.

Without incidents. I had a fairly large order made from Ikea, with a lot of lumps. Nothing was lost, nothing was broken. They sent me an SMS before delivery indicating when I could go through the order. The pick up time was all good and friendly people. From 10.
