A bad experience, they did not even want to send me a budget. They were called to make a "small" move because they were going to rent an apartment (two sofas, a large living room table with chairs, 4 beds, 2 shelves, several tables, television). Everything was unloaded in a storage room where they did not even have to climb a single step. The commercial came and agreed to send me a budget, this was on a Wednesday, they were called on Friday because no news was received so far, they gave me the excuse that the dates did not match.
