Real estate not recommended and reliable in terms of sale. Their aggressive tactics practically represent an auction of the house they offer you at a price and then they press saying that there is another person who has offered more. I would never recommend anyone to go to them for the purchase of any home, asking for money not as a reservation to purchase the home but as an offer to purchase a reservation made it very clear to me that things done wrong end worse. In time, I was grateful not to contact them again.

Slow management, one hour wait to cover a standard contract. Commission of abusive management, in rents, they charge a monthly payment to the lessor and another to the lessee. And already the last straw, when they tell you that they cannot give you an invoice for the commission they charge you. The answer is clear, in Spain, without invoice, there is no charge. Luckily, the owner of the leased apartment is a consistent person.
