Many difficulties to contact
This bank is a disaster, by far, telephone attention, there is never pick up the phone, do not answer. The mails either, they give you the card in the office but I don't know why they never answered me an email, Manresa's office has closed it, and we don't know where we have to go, or who has to attend to us, nor has anyone put Contact us, zero customer interest.
