The BBVA office of Avda. Del Parlament in Terrassa looks like Sunday (being Monday, January 27, 2020). It's 10:45 and I've been calling since 08:30 and nobody is able to pick up the phone. ABSOLUTELY NEFEST SERVICE, IMPOSSIBLE WORST.
