The appointment was a big step forward in saving queues for taxpayers. But service to bureaucracy should prevail. If we have moved from Rubí to Terrassa to do this management and there is no one, there is no reason not to attend to us at the time and provide an efficient service.nAfter a few days and respecting the day and time (Note that what should be a more convenient service has become a double effort.) We are served effectively, correctly by the official. At the end of the visit the official tells us that it will not be necessary to return to the delegation of Terrassa to present the deed and the settlement of taxes because there is an agreement with Diputació de Barcelona and this procedure can be done in the office of the Rubí Provincial Council. We were pleasantly surprised by this proposal to save us travel.nWe present ourselves with all the documentation at the Rubí Provincial Council Office.n.- First visit. They do not accept the simple copy made by the notary because in the opinion of the officials it does not match the original of the deed. A photocopy of the original must therefore be provided.n.- Second visit. We did our homework well and we accepted the documentation.nA simple settlement of taxes has led us to four trips and a soft hour and discomfort.nWe are talking about things that are happening in our country, that do not depend on Madrid, that are small actions that make a country more efficient and pleasant to live in.nWe call on the Tax Agency of Catalonia, the Diputació de Barcelona to take the necessary measures to improve.
