A real shame that BBVA is becoming and to specify the director of the office Josep Tarradelles de Terrassa. They charge undue commissions and when you send them whats (since they do not answer you by phone trying for 2 days ... MR DIRECTOR MARC BLOCKS YOU WITHOUT EVEN ANSWERING. I clarify that the message was that they had charged me some commissions that they did not owe and nothing plus.nTotal they already have what they are crying out for: COMPLAINT IN OCU FOR COMMISSIONS AND COMPLAINT IN BBVA CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MR MARCnCONGRATULATIONS FOR KEEPING ALL LIFE CUSTOMERS WITH 2 DOMICILED PAYROLLS
He came to the office. Closed. A worker comes out. I ask to enter to make a management. It tells me that if it is not by appointment, you cannot. I ask him to give me time and he says NO! Have him call my manager (he's not from this office). He washes his hands and DOES NOT GIVE ME ANY SOLUTION. EVIL!
NEFASTO service! I took money from the ATM and the ATM did not give me the money, I have called customer service and the bank many times and they told me to do the ATM once to check that the 20 had not actually been delivered to me € would contact me. I've been behind them for more than a month to get my € 20 back and I'm still waiting ... THIEVES !!!!

Your application may be very good but the customer service in your offices is the worst.nnThe waiting times are horrible and in the end they accumulate a number of clients that they are not able to take on. Others end up leaving.nnTo come to the office you have to arm yourself with patience and desire to lose a morning.nnA shame...
