And after the second death, my father breached the contract and did not record the name and date on the tombstone. And when you later ask for explanations, the kindness of when they want to sell you insurance becomes a cold deal and it is ignored with excuses. These are the immoral methods that Saint Lucia used with us. We are four at home but we are not going to take out any insurance with Saint Lucia after this VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

More than 2 months to receive the documentation for the death of a relative, as if the king signed it in a pen.nThey do not answer the phone, hours waiting to make any query.nVisit to the Cornella de Llobregat agency despite the announcement on their doorstep of customer protection measures by COVID. 3 OF 4 EMPLOYEES DO NOT USE A MASK AND THE ROOM WITH THE NOSE UNPROTECTED.
