When I signed up as a freelancer, they helped me a lot with all the steps. Unfortunately, after a few months I left because I received a tax requirement because of my bad management (introduction of incomplete data that I was claiming), which of course I had to pay, without them taking responsibility. Fine for incompetence of my managers. The new manager was putting his hands on the head for which I had been bundled. I do not recommend it for it. Even so, I thank you because being a rookie, you advised me well at first, but then the attempt was failed.
Absolute neglect, more than a year and a half making excuses of all kinds to come to change an elbow of the community downspout, we continue to wait.
We hired them as administrators in my community because we wanted to install an elevator and we had enough delinquency problems and a place that refused to install.nnThey guided the entire process perfectly and since they also have lawyers on staff, they took care of negotiating with the premises for the transfer of space for the installation of an elevator and claiming the defaulters. We managed to install the elevator and currently we have no unpaid.nnThe attention of the farm administration staff, David and Patricia, as well as the lawyers was excellent. They have made a fairly complex process easy.nnWe are very happy. Highly recommended
Excellent farm management service. 100% satisfied and we have been with them for 4 years. The staff that attends the incidents is truly attentive and keeps the accounts up to date. We have reduced the delinquents to ZERO and they do not strain us any strange expenses. Recommended.
