I came here to pay taxes for car registration. Absolutely wonderful people! Employees are extremely attentive and willing to help. Guided me carefully through all the steps required to complete the transaction plus gave me some additional services. Both visits I was in and out within 15 minutes. Super pleasant experience!
It's a shame, it's the first year I present the income tax return in this office, and apart from the fact that they are unable to pick up the phone, once you manage to pick up the line, they hang you ..... I really find that they are quite incompetent and the customer service is completely nil !!!

They don’t pick up the phone, you get to the office and they don’t answer you. And why do they charge? Shameless.
All positive, from the procedures over the phone with the Treasury, 4 different people attend you and between the four you end up taking scraps of what you have to do.The electronic headquarters, designed by officials for officials is a gem. Citizens have to pay a A manager who understands how his website works, his language and his procedures and the attention in person is as good as the reputation of warm and cordial officials. The public administration is decades behind because they have no competition, you are a dinosaur in extinction.
