I give it a star and because I can't put less. Very slow in everything, they finally deny an egg mortgage that another bank did not hesitate to accept first. On top of that when I went to get the documentation, there were enough papers missing that I had to go back to the office. From my point of view unstable office, several changes of director in a few months ... what reliability can it offer? I'm glad they didn't give me the mortgage because of the nefarious treatment and malpractice it offers.

The lady (Latina) who attends by phone and I say Latina because I do not address her by name since she never shows up, she is ill-mannered and with very little desire to work, if you don't feel like answering by phone, look for another beautiful job .nIf you are called by phone, it is to solve doubts or problems that people have, not for you to decide to go through everything because that's what you do ... and try to get them to solve it on their own if you can avoid doing it yourself. Unfortunate attention ... I give it 1 star because they cannot be negative. A pity that it is the only office in Mataró. You always hit to do something or solve any problem. The young lady of Latin origin who is usually in front of the public, cannot be more edge and with very little desire to work. The director is never there, and if he is ... They tell you that he is not ... A shame that a bank like this ... has such terrible service. I would previously recommend keeping the money in the oven at home
