Much word but few facts for a bedroom have taken 6 months and they told me that in 2 months I would have it, before downloading they tell me that if I do not pay the rest they do not download it and on top of that the invoices are made as they want, no account works in their favor of course and then they take 3 days to assemble something that in 3 hours a part that was defective is ready it took me more than a month and if I do not call them, follow the part in the store because they do not call you to assemble it one Shame I will never buy there again.nthe only good thing is the assemblers who are not to blame for the management disaster.

Nefarious customer treatment. We bought a base and a mattress on July 10 that they assure us that it arrives at the end of the month. Without knowing anything on their part for a month and a half, we called on August 24 and they told us that there was a delay in the factory, that they would inform us. At least they could have had the detail to call to report that unforeseen event. After calling again on August 25, today 27 have proceeded to the delivery. I wonder what would have happened if we did not push ... Anyway, we will not buy there again.

I bought a bedroom and they have taken 3 and a half months to come to my house to assemble it, after going to complain in person. The day they come to assemble it they tell me in a bad way that I had not paid what was left and that if I did not pay it they would not unload the material (I have always paid when they finish the job, never before they do). A negative experience, especially because of the treatment upon delivery

In such a small house we could not find the right size closet to store everything ... after much searching we found the perfect one there

Now that my parents are older, my brothers and I decided to find them a new bed. They are very happy and can finally rest well
