In this branch of BBVA, on Castellar road, there is a very outrageous and disparaging internal regulation or law, towards people who have to carry out any procedure in this Bank, and we are not clients, they treat us as non-clients and as second-rate people. ..... at the entrance there is a Ticket Machine, for clients and non-clients, each one takes out their corresponding ticket and of course, if you are not a client, you get another type of number, but the problem comes that when they call to assist you in window, those who are customers are served in queue order, they even continue to arrive, they continue to serve them and the person who has the ticket, not a customer, forget that they are sitting waiting to be served and it may spend an hour or an hour and a half and you are still sitting there, already as part of the office furniture and they do not remember to call the queue of non-clients, when they also go to solve procedures at that bank ..... It is an abuse and I run over people, they abusive rules made in offices that later have no idea, of the reality of the street and its clients, that with a card or without a card we go to your bank. I hope and trust they will try to solve this problem, that simply with the happy machine dispensing a single Queue order ticket would be enough, because even many people, especially already of a certain age, it is very difficult for them to understand, so much technology for a simple ticket and customers have to help these people many times to get their ticket, because there is no no one available to help you.
