DO NOT use this bank's atm. Back in July 2017 we had tried to withdraw 600 euros on our wedding day and twice the atm screen said something in Spanish about an error and without giving any form of receipt. As we knew we had sufficient funds in our account we thought it was odd so went straight back to our hotel to get internet and check our account online. Our statement showed that the money had been withdrawn. We went back to the bank and spoke to the staff who weren't any help, they told us to contact our bank with the card we were using. Since this time we have submitted numerous complaints and Banco Santander has stated that the money had been dispensed and gave no video or clear written evidence to prove that this was so whilst we were at the atm. Stay clear from this dodgy bank!
