My family and I (based in the US) were looking to rent a villa in Spain and came across Charles Marlow. My bar is really high when it comes to customer experience & rentals (when you're on a holiday, you want your rental to be flawless), and this company far exceeded that bar. We worked with Andreas and he was so hands-on, flexible (despite the time difference!), super transparent, and it truly felt like he had our best interests in mind as much as their villa owners. We look forward to renting from Charles Marlow again -- I'm now a lifelong customer and wouldn't think about working with another agency when renting a villa in Mallorca!
We just came back from a wonderful week at Villa Alconasser. We know Mallorca well but the team at Charles Marlow really have a stunning selection of properties. Andreas was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking process and a real pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning!
A very smooth and professional booking process. Unfortunately Covid19 circumstances made proceeding with our booking impossible (Australians unlikely to be able to travel overseas until sometime in 2020). Charles Marlow were very responsive in dealing with the issue and ensuring a full refund.nLook forward to rebooking when time permits.
Andreas at Charles Marlow could not have been more professional and helpful ,both in helping us find a suitable villa and then when due to the pandemic we were unable to take up our booking .This was true prompt , personalised and intelligent service. We will definitely use Charles Marlow again.
I've known the team at Charles Marlow well for a few years now, and I always pop in to say hello whenever I am in Deia. They're the friendliest bunch and clearly love what they do.
