Very disappointing. We bought a fiber pillow that got terrible buns after just two nights of using it. Just two nights, no exaggeration. They tell us that it is normal and that he takes a few hits every morning. Somewhat strange argument if every day I have to hit it for several minutes so that it returns to its original state. After several attempts and seeing that the pillow only worsens, we return to change it thinking that it is a factory defect and they tell us that it is not a sufficient reason and that we have to keep it. Nor do they give us the possibility of changing it for something else, they say that the pillows are not changed or returned - this was not told to us when we bought it. In a month, this pillow will be useless, we have lost money but they have several clients. In the photos, the pillownnew after using it for two nights. Regrettable.
