Lovely old house with art all over

They made us wait more than 10 minutes at the door, with the cold and half snowing. Once they open us, everything turned off, as if you were entering a scary movie. The gentleman who attended us WITHOUT A MASK. There were details of the room that seemed to be falling apart, such as the shower, plugs ... And in the bed you could see the springs. From 6 am making noise, with drills, stomping ... Anyway, pretty bad!

Rooms ok, the old building, like an old charming farmhouse ... but all very dark, poorly attended, so that they give you the bill a number, and already the details practically no plug in the room, repairs in the shower with duct tape ...What a pity! If it were better cared for and cared for it would be excellent

I made a reservation without cancellation. Due to a family problem I could not travel and I wrote, called and tried to contact them in all possible ways, but in no way. They haven't even answered questions I asked them before booking. The site will be very good, but what is the contact, is disastrous ... Total, € 45 that I have given them without even being able to talk to them ...
