Terrible attention at reception. More than half an hour waiting. Third World Chiron in Talavera. Distressing facilities.
Quirón de Talavera Hospital is worth calling itself by the name of Quirón because more than a hospital it looks like a neighborhood clinic. I have been in the street waiting half an hour and there were 20 people in front of me out in the open, rain, shine or snow. Very professional healthcare staff but the clinic leaves a lot to be desired
They tell you to go to the appointment on time to have an hour waiting for an analysis
I do not understand that they say that we cannot be accompanied. And everyone who is around brings a companion in the situation we are in, it seems fatal to me.
All the prestige that a clinic such as Quiron Salud should have remains in tatters in Talavera. They give you an appointment for tests that they do not perform, and you find out the day you go to it, having lost time in being able to request that appointment or treatment that you need because they assured you to do so. They should check who is in charge of serving the public. I will not come back
