We made a purchase through your website, we bought a bed that was in stock at the time of purchase, we made the purchase on August 16, we were patient and we waited until October, at the beginning of the month I already started writing to See what happened with the order, because at first they told me that there had been a stock break and hence the delay, that next week they would receive it to proceed with shipping, what was our surprise? The following week we still had no news of the order, I write another email, and they tell me that they do not have the product, that I can place a new order with the product in a different color, since the one we asked for is not available !! ! It seems to me a nefarious deal and that they do misleading advertising, since at the time of purchase there was stock and after two months they tell me there is no ..... well it was outrageous and very little shame, obviously after this I canceled the order and m returned the money.

The experience with this store has been HUGE ... to qualify it as something. We were waiting for an armchair 4 and a half months after having signed that the delivery time would be 30-40 days. To make matters worse, we had to call ourselves to find out something about the product because months went by and we did not receive news from the store. They told us that they had delivered it somewhere else and even they didn't know where, they kept us waiting for another month. After a while they called us to say that the chair had already arrived in Madrid and that we would receive it on a specific day, that day it arrived and the chair did not appear either. We had to keep waiting one more week. In the end it arrived at the store and we were able to pick it up (on top of that they didn't even offer us to take it home as a “compensation” for all the problems they gave us, having suggested it to them so as not to be so DISCONTENT. When we unpacked the chair at home we saw that the quality is very bad and the removable seats are badly placed, they move and remove themselves, apart from sounding broken.HORRIBLE, HORROROUS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
