In this branch I formalized my home loan with some details that were not very to my liking, but with the illusion and that they were minor details, it was not done too much.nAt first everything looks normal, they charge for sending correspondence (before they sent 2/3 letters, with few receipts, not even that. Of course, they continue to charge those expenses, like 'good bank' ...) and what is worse It is the app or web portal, which I see as something basic and complex at the same time, because there are times when it has connection failures and you must forgive the branch. It must be that I have seen others more accessible and less problematic.nAt the time of user blocking, they send you to the branch instead of online or by phone, it gives account entry errors and they make it difficult for you to solve it. I don't have much time to make that hole for them.nThey should be somewhat more up-to-date and favor steps rather than complicate.
Fatal!! I couldn't be worse with them.
For my work, I had to visit all the offices of the Rural Eurocaja in Talavera and without a doubt, this office is where you are best served with a difference.nVery attentive and helpful.
