Today accompanying a person with a disability to withdraw their money, one who claimed to be the director when questioned by me when I indicated that it was the third time that we were explaining why we were going. He has threatened not to attend to my companion even if we had an appointment because he as the branch manager could make that decision. When I indicated that if I did that, it would harm my companion, he told me to go to the street to guarantee the 2-meter safety distance between clients, and could not provide support to my companion if necessary. What a way to treat staff.nAnyway, when this happens, we will have to check if I am still in this bank because of the treatment received

My card password was correct, but it was swallowed. I needed to make an appointment to get my card, but I couldn't make an appointment on the spot. I needed to call, but I called an empty number. It was an extremely bad experience.
